I am a realtor, I have a home office that needs to be up and running at its best for real estate is a 24/7 kind of job. I have a toner printer, which is bigger than a normal printer, saves me so much money on ink! As with anything, it has issues, needs maintaining, needs parts. When I found this company a year ago, I was so happy! They are Awesome! Reliable, Fast, price reasonable, and Honest! I could not be more pleased! I am so pleased that i posted them on my Facebook, for I wanted all my other realtor friends to be blessed to have them for there home business! They come to your home! Great!

Had an issue with the drum in my printer. Mindy helped me over the phone and she is awesome. I have been doing business with them for few years now. They never disappoint me. If you need any repairs use them. Honest and well priced - they do excellent work.

This is the greatest company. Their salespeople find the machines that are right for your office and their repair service is timely and fair. They always stand behind their work. They even deal with the lower end machines, that work in the home. We have been using them for years now!

I had a Samsung Color Laser Printer/Copier/Scanner that had been stored in a garage for 4 years and would not work. I debated whether I should throw it out, but I paid a lot of money for it just a year before it was stored. Empire repaired it at a very reasonable price. A week later it stopped printing because of a fuse problem and they replaced the fuse at no charge. They were great to work with and I recommend them highly.
